Consumer Law Distance

  

iBIKEmechanic conforms to the Law on Consumer Distance: Distance Selling Regulations, which is designed to protect you when you make purchases by mail. We offer a flexible returns policy and we have no problem in receiving returned products for a refund or exchange because it does not serve well, has asked the wrong items, the products are damaged or defective upon arrival or just do not like what he asked.


Refund / Exchange


There is no need to contact us before making a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid the need to return the product (in the case of installation problem, etc).


The products must be returned within 30 days from receipt.

Products must be returned in its box / original packaging.

Products can not be installed or used.

The goods must be accompanied by a completed return form.


NOTE: Please do not put stickers or heat directly on the box / packaging, please wrap the article first.

Although it creates no errors in the odd occasion! If we ship an item that is different from that shown on your bill, there will be no problem in making a change and pay the shipping cost to Spain Ordinary Post only.


The goods must be returned in 7 days of receipt.

Products must be returned in its box / original packaging.

Products can not be installed or used.

You must pay shipping cost at the post office, but we will refund the amount (España Ordinary Post only) to your credit card or by check. Please include the postal receipt in the package so that we know how much money refund.

You can return the products for priority mail or express agency, but only pay the approximate cost of shipping by regular post.

The goods must be accompanied by a completed return form.



Defective, damaged or broken


All products purchased iBIKEmechanic are fully covered under warranty. The warranty period is at least a year but some manufacturers offer a longer warranty period. Generally, the warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, etc erosion widespread use. If you believe that the product purchased in iBIKEmechanic has a bug, please contact us before returning the product and that many problems could be solved without having to pay postage.
